Returns & Refunds
Our returns policy period lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and returned in it's original packaging with swing tags in place.
To complete your return, please email Jodie.email@example.com for a return request / exchange.
Due to health regulations we cannot exchange underwear or swimwear without prior authorisation.
We will not accept for a return any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts (including original swingtags) for reasons not due to our error. or Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
SALE AND CLEARANCE ITEMS
Please choose Sale and Clearance items carefully. There are no exchanges / returns on End of Season SALE or WAREHOUSE SALE items.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Shop 3, 16 Dolphin Drive Mandurah Ocean Marina AU 6210, in a trackable package.
We take no responsibility for lost items.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item. If you are returning an item for refund and it is approved as faulty / flawed, the return postage will be refunded.
Refunds (if applicable)
Refunds will only be given where the item/s are faulty, damaged, flawed, or wrongly described or pictured. Refunds will not be given if you simply change your mind.
