Dispatch
At Babes By The Beach our commitment is to providing quality friendly service. All orders will be dispatched within 24 hours of receiving full payment.

Delivery
Orders are delivered using Australia Post Express Post and are charged at a flat rate of $7.50 for orders under $100.00. Orders over $100.00 are posted free anywhere in Australia.

Depending on the postcode we are sending to please allow 2-4 business days for delivery.

Loss or damage in transit
Babes By The Beach uses Australia Post prepaid Express post satchels so we can track your order. On the extremely rare occasion that a package is delayed, damaged or not received at all please contact us promptly by either email or phone so can rectify the situation.
