At Babes By The Beach we are confident that you will be very happy with your purchase, our commitment here is to ensure customers are 100% satisfied. If this is not the case please contact us so we can try and solve any issues you may have.

Returns & Refunds Policy
Before dispatch all items are thoroughly checked to ensure your satisfaction, however you are not completely happy with something you may return it to us within 14days of receipt for an exchange or credit note.
- Please note all returns must arrive back to us in the condition they were dispatched in with all tagging and labels in place and a copy of the proof of purchase included.
- Return delivery and if and item is exchanged return postage is not refundable.

Faulty Goods
At Babes By The Beach we endeavour to only stock the highest quality merchandise and check all items before dispatch, however should you receive a items that does not meet our high standards please contact us immediately so we can organize to either (refund at our discretion) or exchange the faulty items.

Sale Items
Items discounted over 30% and out of season clearance items are non exchangeable and non refundable. (Unless at our discretion)
